Carrie Underwood has a fit physique that makes fans want to hit the gym and work on their abs. Underwood is a fitness enthusiast and she always makes sure to leave a few tips on social media. The American Idol star posted some bikini snaps on Instagram displaying her rock-hard abs.

Carrie celebrated the first day of summer on Instagram by sharing a mirror selfie from her clothing line, CALIA. The "Something In the Water" singer stunned in a black and white two-piece bikini, looking as fit as ever. Not only did the bikini showcase her striking abs, but it also gave a clear view of her sculpted legs and arms.

The mother-of-two looked fabulous flaunting her bikini body to her Instagram followers. Fans did not only compliment her striking physique but also talked about her enormous walk-in closet that was captured in the mirror selfie. 

In another upload, the singer showed off her fit physique looking absolutely stunning in an orange two-piece bikini. The Grammy award winner posed by the beach, soaking up the sun with a wide smile on her face. The two-piece bikini highlighted her toned legs, ripped abs, and arms as she flaunted her fit physique to followers.

Carrie's blonde tresses was parted by the side and she accessorized with huge sunglasses to keep the sun rays from her eyes. She proved that all her fitness training has indeed awarded her with the perfect rock-solid body and does not hesitate to slip it into various swimsuits. 

 The country music superstar does not slack off when it comes to training. Although she has a busy life on the road as a country artist and a mother-of-two, she made sure the workout was fixed somewhere which she considers "therapy". She starts her workout with a warm-up walk on the treadmill for about 10 to 15 minutes to prepare her body for the workout routine.

After this, she dives into her workout routine with her trainer, Eve Overland. The Before He Cheats singer keeps up with her fitness to ensure a greater performance at her concerts. According to People, the basic workouts she does for the full body include squats, deadlifts, pushups, pull-ups and she engages in upper body pull and lower body push the previous day. 

The 39-year-old singer talked about the changes she noticed in her body as she grew older. Being in her 20s, Carrie stated she was able to push her body into various exercises but now, "I feel like I'm a little more conscious just about my body and not overdoing things", she explained. This is where her trainer comes in to help adjust her workouts for her to "work out smarter, not harder".

Overland explained that since the singer knows her body and takes things slowly, it has helped in improving her physique and conditioning. Although she has slowed it down, she still engages in challenging exercises.
